Is throwback Thursday still a thing?

Throwing it back to not so long ago when .yinroom owner Jennifer graciously hosted me in this beautiful space to guide a healing flow and sound session.
Yoga has lit up my life with such amazing people and places and I do not take that for granted. So grateful for the community tar and near.

Ayurveda - the sister to yoga has 3 doshas. We can be a mix of the doshas but most people have a predominance of one or two.
The doshas:
Vata,
Pitta,
Kapha
Thursdays class will be us balancing the qualities of the season, we will be working with Vata whose season is autumn to winter.

I am very excited to be hosting this event with 💗✨

In December, our very first grief gathering event! I will be hosting with Devi - Releasing Through Reverence, a gathering created for those who wish to honor and remember their loved ones who have transitioned.

The holidays can stir up so many emotions, and this evening will offer a gentle space to reflect, connect, and release some of that heaviness together. A time for remembrance and support held in love. This will take place on Sunday, December 14th at 5:00p.m.-7:00p

I received an email last week from a fellow yoga teacher from Virginia who had some interest in teaching a pop-up class the next time she was in town visiting.
We agreed to meet and I 100% know i was meant to meet her.
So yes there will be a pop class this week at

We titled harmonize - it’s a mix of slow flow with sound healing. And it’s pay what you can - so donation based.
