✨A night spent in community and checking out local artists. One of my favorite local artist will have her work featured at The Yin Room. We are not on the map but we will be there - with bells on!

✨The evening prior to - Thursday, June 4th
The Yin Room is hosting a champagne viewing and meet the artist evening with Beth. 🍾🥂

✨Not to mention an up close and personal look at these floral beauties that have been turned into banners on the Franklin Gallery Walk!

A soft morning, a gathering. An all level class that weaves together some nourishing yin and awakening yang movements.

In a yang pose, we engage the muscles and stretch them. In the yin practice, we relax the muscles; we aim our intention into the joints and the deep tissues ...

Friday, May 22nd Strawberries on the Square will be in full effect in downtown Franklin. One of my favorite days in May. 🍓 We wanna add to the fun - yoga , mmmm no not exactly. Connection, yeah. so typewriters and bubbles it is! 🫧 ✨
