We specialize in sport performance training for middle school and high school athletes. We're dedicated to helping young athletes reach their full potential on and off the field. This program provides instruction in linear acceleration, multi-direction speed, upper and lower body plyometrics, sport conditioning, strength, and injury prevention. Last night I had the chance to attend senior project presentation at Franklin High School, where she reflected on her internship experience here at RHP. It was awesome hearing her share what she learned and how much she’s grown over the past 6 weeks.
