At Hazelwood Healthcare, we just ask that you show up. We'll handle the rest.

We offer medication-assisted treatment (methadone and buprenorphine) along with counseling and support — in a place where you're treated with dignity from day one.

April is Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness month. While Hazelwood Healthcare's primary mission to treat opioid addiction, our counselors are here to talk about all issues our patients may be facing, including sexual assault. Please actively support survivors of sexual assault and talk about this issue. Discussing sexual assault within your social circles is can help inform others and help prevent it from happening.

Hazelwood Healthcare is open in the mornings to serve you and our community. We specialize in opioid addiction treatment. We do take walk-ins during our hours of operation. There are a variety of substance use and mental health needs that we are not the best resource to provide same-day care. Total is World Health Day. According to the World Health Organization, an estimated 16.16 million people are living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) worldwide. Other estimates suggest that approximately 60 million people used opioids non-medically across the globe. Hazelwood Healthcare tries to do our part to end this epidemic locally.
