Stewing in your sweat
Exercise is great and we encourage you to get lots of it … but we also encourage you to immediately shed your sweaty clothes when you are finished exercising. Staying in your hot, moist gym attire or golf shirt creates an environment where acne thrives and flourishes. We recommend cleansing immediately after exercising with a medicated body wash to help keep skin fresh and clear.

Dandruff is caused by flaking skin on your scalp. The more you shampoo the better when it comes to combating this flaky skin. It is true that sunlight stimulates the production of vitamin D; however, that is not a license to tan. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends that you get your daily vitamin D from non-sun sources like vitamin D milk, salmon and other fatty fishes or a multi-vitamin containing 1000-2000 I.U.s of vitamin D3 daily.

It may be hard to believe, but 80 percent of your skin's aged appearance is caused by the sun, not the passage of time or facial expressions. Take Kathy Morvan for example, who started a skincare routine to reverse sun damage; below are her before and after pictures.
