Big thank you to .meals .meals and Chef Franco!! Happy to be a part of a partnership with such a great brand providing balanced, healthy meals and snacks to bariatric patients (or for folks just look for quick, healthy and delicious meal options)! I was fortunate enough to try some offerings and this Mexican Breakfast skillet was absolutely delicious!! No chemicals or additives, just great, whole food ingredients!

Thank you to the great folks over at for the awesome box of overnight oats! Mush overnight oats make a wonderful, all-natural, balanced (and delicious) breakfast, snack or dessert! I’m having the apple cinnamon one right now after dinner and YUM! You can find Mush at any grocery store. Enjoy!
