👍bring a blanket or sweater for final relaxation for warmth
👍We will meditate together, do some breath work, practice some gentle yoga and end with a short sound meditation
👍Class is donation based - suggested donation $10 $5

There are 8 limbs or parts to yoga ( not sequential) and the postures or asana are just one of the limbs..
