We just wrapped the 47th meeting of The Institute of Healthcare Executives and Suppliers, (IHES). It was a masterclass in what happens when you put smart people in small rooms and give them the space to hammer out the real problems, issues, and solutions facing our industry today.

Our General Session, "Mastering Imposter Syndrome at the Executive Level" by Erris Langer Klapper, was a blueprint in professional growth. It provided a powerful framework for understanding how high achievers navigate success and the internal hurdles that often come with it. In an industry as demanding as ours, mastering that mindset is a prerequisite for leading with true confidence.

The 21st Annual Council of Supply Chain Executives (CSCE) meeting is officially in the books — and what an incredible few days of collaboration, insights, and laughter in Nashville.

We had the opportunity to attend the Mizuho OSI National Sales Meeting in Franklin, TN last night!

We got to see our good friend David Parks and enjoyed listening to Casey and Tucker Beathard perform. It was a fantastic time!

Last week in Nashville, we hosted the inaugural 𝐌𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐌𝐔𝐈𝐀) meeting, bringing together 50 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 pharmacy leaders from top health systems across America.

The meeting was a culmination of months of work and a testament to the forward-thinking of the Autonomous Pharmacy Board. A special thank you to Jennifer Davis Bair, Nilesh Desai, Mark Sullivan, Deepak Sisodiya, Janjri Vittal, PharmD, MBA, and other Board members for making this happen.

✅ We assembled 17 leading pharmacy automation companies to meet with these health system leaders, not in massive auditoriums or around trade show booths, but in small, focused sessions.

✅ The goal was simple: facilitate direct, meaningful conversations to improve and advance pharmacy automation.

This event was a perfect example of how our unique format fosters genuine connection and collaboration. Also, a huge thank you to our Corporate Members and Sponsors, and to all the Pharmacy Executives who participated.
