Don’t get complacent.

Not patients. Not providers. Not companies. Not any of us.

If something about fertility care, access, insurance, or your own experience still feels like it’s not quite there — do something. Talk to your HR department. Reach out to RESOLVE, ASRM, or SART. Speak up inside your clinic. Tell your story to one person.

Something. Anything. But don’t let this week pass and go back to accepting less than what YOU and all patients deserve.

We’ve been there. Telling everyone, then telling no one... because after “failure after failure,” you just can’t face going back and saying “it didn’t work” again.

That’s not weakness. That’s survival.

The shame around infertility is still very real. It’s still generational. And, sadly, people are still asking “what did you do to cause this?”

But here’s what we know: 1 in 6 people are on this journey. You are not alone.

Your story (however much or little of it you choose to share) matters. And while your story has more power than you know, you are your journey.

They will sell you a supplement. A service. A miracle. And they are counting on you being desperate enough to buy it. 😤

Blaming women for their stress and their desperation to grow their family? That’s not wellness. That’s predatory. And we’re calling it out.

When we feel like we’ve lost control, we reach for anything that promises to give it back. And there are entire industries built to profit off that moment.

The pineapple core. The cortisol drinks. The $90 “fertility” supplements. The “just relax” retreats.

And listen — feeling a sense of control when you’re going through something as emotionally consuming as infertility? That’s not silly. That’s human. If something isn’t harmful and it brings you peace, talk to your provider, ask questions, look at the actual evidence. We’re not here to take that away from you.

We just want you to be smart about what (and who) you open your wallet for.

Because you deserve information that actually protects you from people preying on your vulnerability.

And that is not because of anything they did wrong.

We’ve been fed a lie since we were teenagers... that getting pregnant is easy. So when it isn’t, we look for something to blame. And too often, that something is ourselves.

But here’s what the research actually says: there is no rigorous evidence that stress causes infertility. Not one study that holds up.

Fertility is unfair. And that’s a painful thing to sit with… but it is not your fault.
