Over the past few months I've had the opportunity to discuss with Kate recent physical deficiencies I've experienced as a result of surgery associated with rotatorcuff and bicep tendon damage. Kate was knowledgeable with regards to this surgery and was helpful as I went through the PT phase of recovery. While the rotator cuff portion healed as expected, I continued to experience pain and limited range of motion with my left arm as a result of the shredded bicep tendon which had to be stretched and reattached. In March of this year, Kate recommended I consider red light therapy as a further treatment method. After only one month of regular treatment, my range of motion has measurably improved. I can't thank Kate enough for providing me the the guidance and care I've received at Vita Nova! I look forward to seeing additional improvement as I continue my red light therapy with Kate!
