It gives me Google visibility and helps people find me so they can receive bodywork that is always met with presence and compassion.

I don’t know about all of you, but the best massages I’ve ever had was when I could FEEL the massage therapist present with my body and my breath.

“BE HERE NOW” is what Ram Dass always said and is what anchors me while giving bodywork.

In each session I’m paying attention to breath and any details that will inform the bodywork session in that moment.
I’m present WITH you and FOR you.

Each session is also met with curiosity because curiosity gives space to ebb and flow with the natural rhythms of one’s body.
Because our bodies change daily, each session is skillfully catered to what the individual needs in that moment, on that day- not what they needed yesterday, or the day before.
Because curiosity is present during the session there is no room for any agenda or plan, only space to listen to what your body needs. Right here and right now.
A skillful massage therapist keeps a wide variety of tools( modalities) in their toolbox to be carefully selected at the appropriate time while they’re curiously listening one’s body.
Every body and every session is unique.
I will never stop learning and growing.
I will never be bored with bodywork.
I will always be committed to stay present for my clients and to deeply listen to them with compassion for their nervous system.

I LOVE my new booking platform

Reasons why my clients and I love it so far…

🙌It’s super easy and takes 1 minute to book!
🙌Very user friendly, clean, beautiful, and aesthetically pleasing platform
🙌No more dealing with creating a profile just to book a massage ( this was my biggest complaint from clients regarding old platform). Just put in your name, email, and credit card, select a time, date, and service. THAT’S IT.
🙌No more waiting on me to answer the phone if I’m in a session with a client.
🙌You can view my availability any time of the day even past business hours.
🙌You can book while you’re watching a movie at midnight if you want.
🙌 Very last minute booking! YOU CAN BOOK UP TO 1 HOUR IN ADVANCE 😄
🙌You only need to enter your card info once! It stores the card in the system securely for future appointments. IT DOES NOT charge your card immediately so you have the option to pay in cash if you’d like!
🙌 More in-person connection with my clients and less time on the phone answering text messages regarding availability- my availability is always current on the schedule.

When I give bodywork, I move and stretch my own body too.

I keep my table lower so I can lunge, shift, stretch, and move with ease. It allows the work to flow naturally and helps me stay grounded and present.

Clients often have no idea that I am getting my own big stretch right alongside them. It is one of the reasons the work feels rhythmic, fluid, and connected. 🌿
