I'm back to work!
I am currently providing Massage Therapy and Personal Training appointments in the convenient setting of your home!

For now I am only working with established clients and referrals from people that I know and trust.

It has been quite a year. I've had several major events in my personal life. I have been doing a lot of work healing my own body and mind.

I appreciate so immensely all who have reached out to wish me well and offer support during this time. I know many of you have been grappling with your own battles and hardships.

As I approach feeling ready to go back to work, I want to start reconnecting with my clients, my peers and mentors. I have been missing the community of bodyworkers. I miss being able to help people feel a little more connected to their bodies.

I am not back to work yet, but I felt it important that I start somewhere in opening up communication with the people I have been lucky enough to work with and hopefully can continue to help in the future.

Here is a link to the International Association of Trans Bodybuilders and Powerlifters. Pre-2020 they were hosting annual events specifically for lifters who identify on the Trans spectrum (including Non-Binary and Gender Non-conforming people).
