The Frederick Business & Professional Women's Club recently supported the Advocates for Homeless Families with products from their wish list and also provided financial support. Veronica Lowe, an Advocates Board Member, and Shiara Jackson, a Family Advocates Case Worker, were involved.

The Frederick Business & Professional Women’s Club is now accepting scholarship applications.
Scholarship will be awarded to women currently enrolled & attending a college-level course study. Requirements include women must be a resident of Frederick County, must show financial need. Applications and other documents must be postmarked by March 15, 2025. Applications available & more information contact fcglover1@gmail.com, Scholarship Chairman.

Frederick BPW recognizes the founder of the hospital (FMH)

She was born into a prominent family and found her calling after she was paralyzed. Her efforts have served the Frederick County community for more than 120 years, yet her name isn’t highly recognized, nor are her accomplishments.

New officers for the Frederick BPW were recently installed at The Red Horse Restaurant. The installing officer was Past State President Karen Evelius from the Laurel BPW.
