Each time you inhale on the mat, you're building a bridge 🌀
A bridge between the physical and the subtle,
between what can be seen — and what only you can feel.
The breath becomes a guide, an anchor, a mirror.
Each exhale is an invitation to let go:

Because when you meditate, you train your mind not to react automatically —
but to respond with presence, calm, and intention 🧘‍♀️🌿

🔁 That small space between stimulus and response is where freedom begins.

Your internal organs work quietly, but yoga supports them through movement and breath 🌿
Through gentle twists, inverted poses, and conscious breathing:

🔸 digestion is stimulated 🥦
🔸 blood circulation improves 🩸
