It's finally here!!! New Core One 3D printer just arrived. Have to get some parts shipped to clear some space, but then I can start building. Looking forward to having a new, fully enclosed printer in the shop.

Testing out some new PH Horn boring bars in 17-4 H900 stainless steel. Pretty solid surface finish especially considering I'm running it much more aggressively than the old Micro 100 bars I've been using. This is one of their new boring bars with a built-in chip breaker.

Happy Friday! Lots of prototypes and challenging short run jobs lately, but for the first time in weeks both machines are running lights out! Feels good

This Delrin job goes through material so fast that a full bar feeder only lasts about three hours. Working on 3d printing some prototype parts to double the material capacity for this specific job, so I can do more lights-out production

Heading into the weekend with both machines in production! 316 stainless on the S205, and 7075 aluminum on the S206. If all goes well both will be running into next week.
