Still carrying the joy and energy from this weekend’s Frederick Pride. 🌈💫

It was such a beautiful celebration of love, identity, and community. One of the most powerful parts of the day for me was reading the affirmations and gratitude messages people shared. So many were honest, vulnerable, and deeply kind — each one a little reminder of the good in the world.

What stood out most? The notes from kids. Their words were wise beyond their years — full of empathy, self-love, and encouragement for others. It’s clear these young people are being raised with compassion and intention. Shout out to their grown-ups — you’re doing something really right. 💜🌟

Stress vs. Anxiety: Know the Difference, especially these days.

Stress and anxiety often feel the same, but understanding the difference can help you manage them better.

🔹 Stress is a response to an external pressure—like deadlines, responsibilities, or big life changes. It usually fades once the situation is resolved.

🔹 Anxiety, on the other hand, lingers even when there’s no immediate threat. It’s more about persistent worry, restlessness, and a feeling of unease that doesn’t easily go away.

Both are valid, but if anxiety is interfering with your daily life, it may be time to seek support. You’re not alone! 💙
