💪 What’s your favorite format or class to teach, and why does it light you up?
"I honestly love teaching all the formats I offer, so it’s hard to choose just one. ZUMBA® and Bellydance are pure fun—high-energy, creative, and full of expressive choreography. Barre and Mat Pilates challenge me in a different way, focusing on posture, strength, control, and breath. Both styles make the body feel stronger and more aligned."
🌟 What’s one thing you hope participants feel when they leave your class?
"I always hope they leave feeling energized, accomplished, and happy—like they had fun & got a great workout to carry them through the rest of the day."
đź’Ş What inspired you to become a Group Fitness instructor?
"I became an instructor after having my kids and facing some health issues. I started taking a variety of classes and committed to my own morning workouts. Seeing my body and health improve was empowering. When my gym asked if I’d consider teaching, I never imagined it would be something I’d do—but I took the leap. Nearly 20 years later, I’m so grateful I did. The journey keeps getting better."
🇵🇱 What’s something fun or unexpected about you outside the studio?
"I love my Polish heritage and traditions. Both of my parents are from Poland, and I grew up learning the language and cultural customs. And yes—I love making homemade pierogis!"
