Last week, Reform attended Maine Senior Guide's Successful Aging Expo in Portland, an event dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community. Michael Gallagher, our Physical Therapy Supervisor from South Portland, gave an enlightening presentation on vertigo, covering the causes, symptoms, and effective management strategies for this often debilitating condition. Michael also had the chance to engage with many attendees, answering questions and connecting with the people that make this community so great.

It was a rewarding experience to connect with so many wonderful people and contribute to the conversation on aging successfully. We are excited to continue supporting our community with valuable health resources and expertise.

Last Friday, Reform was awarded Best Small Business of the Year by the Bath-Brunswick Regional Chamber!

We're in a presentation mood at Reform Physical Therapy!

Last week, Brunswick's Christina Levesque Monroe cheerfully brought her energetic and informative Ergonomics presentation to the Nature Conservancy. This discussion included tips, tricks, and demonstrations regarding physical efficiency in the workplace, as well as giving a few workstation adjustments for the employees of this fantastic organization.

This week, Topsham's Branden George gave a continuation of his Progressive Strength Training discussion at Falmouth's Mason Motz Activity Center. Lots of great questions regarding the preventative measures one can take while aging with in-depth answers from Branden!
