This past Sunday I had the immense pleasure of participating in a heartfelt, soul-lifting Open House & Wellness Retreat, hosted by of and .kraus. The beautiful day invited guests to slow down and find peace through community, poolside yoga and meditation+breathwork, sound journey with , massage with , spirit readings with .sf and mindfully curated nourishing food by — all within the sanctuary of a beautiful home in Blue Mountain Beach in which guests were able to enjoy and preview the property in a truly special way.

Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, marks a balance and transition at the annual midline. Today, allow yourself to honor where you’ve been and make space for where you’re going. As you do so, honor what your practice means to you along the journey and all those who support you along the way. Thank you for allowing me to be part of the story ♥️

Honored to have been a part of the Grayton Beach Summer Solstice Kickoff today. A lovely early morning practice of 108 Salutations guided us to focus our minds and bodies as we rode the breath together. Wonderful to practice alongside each of you. ✨
