Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

This is one of the hardest things for me. There are so many scriptures that encourage us not to fear. It is such a difficult thing when faced with uncertainties in life. My goal is to fear not. To be strong and to trust that the Lord will uphold those who believe in and love him. Anxiety is often a result of fear. I pray I am reminded to fear not as I have been today.
