Please join us in recognizing Kathy as employee of the month for January 2026. Kathy started with The Heritage at Shalimar Gardens in August of 2015. She works in our activities department and never shies away from a challenge. Kathy is always willing to jump in and help our residents enjoy the fun activities we have going on in the community and is also a great co-associate to not only her department, but each department in the community. She is recognized for the respect and trust she builds with our residents and families.

This group is a safe, welcoming space for individuals living with dementia, their families, and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

Whether you’re looking for understanding, encouragement, or simply a place to talk, you’re not alone. 💙
