So often we move through our days breathing just enough to get by.

Integrative breathing reminds each of us that we hold the power within to change and heal parts of ourselves. The process is a sacred exchange between you and your breath—the breath is the medicine your body needs to unlock your heart’s healing wisdom.

Integrative breathing is connective and diaphragmatic, an active and powerful experience, allowing you to dislodge, release and purify suppressed energies and emotions. This practice creates space to improve your health, your relationships and overall well-being.

Join us this Sunday for an integrative breathing experience at Dig Yoga. Sometimes the most profound shifts begin with a single conscious breath.

All are welcome. Sunday, January 18 from 12-2pm. Register on Dig website. ✨

WINTER YOGAFEST 2026 ❄️
The Seeker’s Life: Yoga & the Invitation to Meaning

Weekend Celebration • Feb 6–8, 2026
With Dr. Douglas Brooks, Amy Ippoliti & Sue Elkind

Winter has always felt like an invitation to slow down, listen more closely, and remember why we practice. I’m so excited to welcome Douglas Brooks and Amy Ippoliti to Dig Yoga this February for a weekend that feels deeply supportive for our community and the questions many of us are quietly holding. Together, we’ll gather in the heart of winter to explore yoga as a living tradition—through story, philosophy, and embodied practice—and to reconnect with what truly matters. It’s an honor to host these two teachers at Dig, and I can’t wait to share this meaningful, cozy, and inspiring weekend with you.

Most of us want to know where we came from, how we got here, and where we’re going. There is a seed of curiosity—an inner calling—in each of us. In this gathering, we’ll explore how yoga traditions have defined the seeker and what they offer us beyond duty and responsibility. Stories from the Ṛg Veda, Upanishads, Epics, and Puranas will guide our inquiry into what life is for and what it might yet become.

Expect a blend of grounded asana, pranayama, meditation, and rich philosophical storytelling designed to help you remember your direction, build inner steadiness, and return home renewed and inspired. You can even just hop into the lecture portions if you wish.

✨ Weekend Highlights:
• Asana, pranayama + meditation with Amy & Sue
• Philosophy + storytelling with Douglas
• Friday night catered communal dinner
• Daily space for reflection, connection + community
• A chance to reset, recharge, and begin the year anchored
• Cozy winter vibes + a supportive learning environment

✨ BONUS: The first 15 registered students will receive an organic welcome bag

January invites us to begin again—not by pushing or striving, but by arriving gently, together.

At Dig Yoga, we see the New Year as a season of planting seeds. Like a winter garden, growth begins quietly: through rest, steady practice, and the support of community. Yoga reminds us that we don’t force openings—we create the conditions for them.

As we step into 2026, we’re honoring new beginnings with offerings that help you reconnect to your body, breath, and inner rhythm. From foundational practices to intentional gatherings, our January events are designed to support sustainable growth, clarity, and connection—on and off the mat.

We are also honored to welcome Ganesha as our Deity of the Year, guiding us to clear obstacles, trust the process, and move forward with devotion and care.

If you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply craving a more grounded start to the year, you are warmly invited to practice with us. This is a time to root down, learn the basics, and grow alongside others walking the same path.
