Spring has a way of showing up in the body, especially through the shoulders, upper back, and breath.

This workshop with Allison is designed to gently work through that—combining movement and self myofascial release to create more space, mobility, and ease.

You’ll leave feeling more open through the upper body, with a fuller, more supported breath.

May is where things start to feel alive again. Longer days, warmer air…a little more energy to work with.

This month at Dig, we’re leaning into that shift:
🌿 Time outside to reconnect with the natural world.
🧘‍♀️ Consistent practice through our 4-week Foundations series.
💪 Strength, mobility, and upper body focus through our workshops.
🔔 Deep rest and sound to bring it all back into balance.

Patti came to yoga after years of endurance training, and what began as a shift in routine grew into a steady, evolving practice.

Her teaching blends strength and softness, with a focus on thoughtful movement and the balance between effort and ease.

She’ll be leading a 4-week mini series, Foundations & Focus, exploring a different movement pattern each week:
- hips
- backbending
- inversions
- twisting

A chance to slow down, refine your practice, and build strength with intention.

I’m so excited to share that Kendra Rex will be joining me this September for our Wisdom Goddess Greece Retreat 🇬🇷✨
