Sue stopped by the garden today to share a little about our next Nourish in Nature gathering 🌿

Join us for a Beltane celebration at Honey Hollow Farm, where we’ll spend the evening outside working directly with the season, the plants, and each other.

There will be time in circle with herbal infusions and meditation, a walk through the land to meet what’s growing, and space to create, reflect, and gather in community. We’ll close the evening with food, fire, and a simple ritual to mark the shift into this next season.

This four-part prenatal series with Sue is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with a blend of education and practice.

Each session explores the anatomy of pregnancy, pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, and safe, effective movement for all trimesters. The goal is to build a practice that feels both strengthening and deeply supportive as your body changes.

Classes include guided movement, practical tools you can use at home, and time to slow down with restorative postures.
