You don't have to dedicate all of your time and spend boatloads of money to recover from your injury. Doing a couple of things more often, rather than trying to fit a lot of things in at once, can help you see big results.

If only it was that simple 😕.

Your body has stages of healing 🩹 that it has to go through after getting injured. Each one needs a certain amount of time ⏲️ to serve its purpose in the recovery process.

1️⃣ Inflammation
2️⃣ Proliferation
3️⃣ Remodeling

Knowing how each stage plays a role in your recovery 🤝🏻 helps an athletic trainer ⚕️ put their patients in the most optimal position to heal. As a patient, having a clear understanding 🧠 of what to expect during the recovery process can help set realistic expectations on your recovery 📈.

This is why I do what I do! 🙌🏼

Knowing my patients are SATISFIED completely with my work is all the reassurance I need.

Sports Medicine⚕️ has its place in healthcare, just like every other profession does. Our unique approach to injuries allows for less time missed from work or activities, allowing you less time to go without your necessities.

I want EVERYONE 🌎 to experience this type of satisfaction as well, regardless of accessibility to healthcare or language barriers 🔓.

Rome was not built overnight 🛠. There are not any shortcuts in your recovery process either🙅🏽‍♂️. However, that doesn't mean you can't get back to a better quality of living after injury.

Working in sports medicine ⚕️, I put my patient's bodies in the optimal positions to heal after injury 🤕. Working as an athletic trainer, my knowledge 🧠 of the body has helped lots of individuals return to activity safely and quicker than they would have on their own.

What do you know about Athletic Training?

My WHY❓️:

I do what I do because I have a passion for helping people ELIMINATE 🙅🏽‍♂️ their pain 💢 and RETURN to a pain-free, active lifestyle 💪🏼! Athletic Trainers have a UNIQUE role in healthcare and can be a VITAL asset.

My GOALS:

1️⃣ To bridge the gap by making healthcare accessible to all.
2️⃣ To make the injury recovery process less intimidating.

The LOGO:

The "G" logo symbolizes the injury recovery JOURNEY 🔄. It is not going to happen overnight, but you will get better if you stay on the journey. My name symbolizes that you're getting me to be help you along the entire process.

Get rid of your back pain now! 💥

Things like sitting down all day office or classroom or laying in bed binging Netflix for hours, are not helping the issue. While some of these are necessary to be able to provide for yourself and some can provide some much needed R&R (rest and relaxation), they DO NOT mean that your back will stay forever.

The low back section of the spine, the Lumbar spine, is meant to be mobile and have lots of range to move in. Give these mobility drills a try watch your lower back start to correct itself.

Arch problems can really affect your daily life if ignored for too long. The good thing is that you can do more for yourself to help address these issues RIGHT NOW then you realize.

While spending money 💰 on fancy equipment can help you get immediate results, so can some of these house hold items I found laying around.

1️⃣ Plastic water bottle - for best results when rolling out your arch, fill the bottle up half way with water and freeze on its side.
2️⃣ Towel/Rag/wash cloth - when blocking your big toe with a towel while doing a calf raise, it helps stretch out your arch.
3️⃣ Shoe string - by using a shoe string to carefully pull on the big toe the arch of the foot can be stretched by the windlass effect.

Give these a try and get rid of your arch pain NOW!
