Hi Cold water lovers!! Its been a while, but the seasons are changing and that means the water is getting colder! Fun fact, I plunge all winter in my pool 47° for 3 minutes

I'm thinking of heading to lost lake to plunge, if anyone is interested, let me know!

3:10 in the water
60 lbs of ice
Healing
Body
Mind
Spirit
I can feel the place of inflammation (2 herniated disc) in my back instantly
The ice bath feels harder than the ice cold river
Replacing the "fight or flight" with healing
