Early & Intensifying Allergy Season
Allergy season is arriving earlier than usual across the Central Valley as warmer temperatures kick pollen production into high gear.
Local allergists report increases in symptoms such as watery, itchy eyes, sneezing, itchy and scratchy throats, and general nasal irritation — especially from tree pollen right now.
Because of this early start, experts say symptoms could last about 20 days longer than typical, potentially stretching through late May.
