I have some exciting news!
After last year's crazy ride, navigating the hospital with my husband, the fear, the financial pressure, and moments when I truly did not know if I could keep going, but through it all, it is now finished.

My book, Convergence: The Initiation to Nervous System Sovereignty, is live today.
