Wendy Froman, Executive Director, founded Fertility Resources of Houston LLC.: As a Registered Nurse, with over 15 years of experience in Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, Egg Donation, Preimplantation Diagnosis, IVF, GIFT, and ZIFT procedures, she has supervised and developed policies and procedures for these programs. Wendy enjoyed assisting in the Operating Room with Oocyte retrieval and E

mbryo Transfer, with well over a thousand couples. She is recognized and referred to by highly respected physicians in the field of Reproductive Medicine and Urology. In addition, Wendy has first hand experience in dealing with the emotional aspect, having been an infertility patient herself. Jossie Eaglin, Executive Director, supervises the Egg Donor and Surrogate Program for Fertility Resources. She manages the financial aspects of each egg donor and surrogacy case and assists couples with their contract/financial questions. Jossie oversees that each case is in compliance with ASRM and FDA guidelines. She provides each Intended Parent and donor/carrier with excellent, individualized attention, education, support, and reliable

A gestational carrier is used when an intended parent desires to have a child and either does not have a uterus, has a medical condition that would prevent them from carrying a pregnancy safely, or may be considered for women who have a history of recurrent miscarriages,IVF failure, or when a female partner is absent (single male or gay couple).
