Sometimes we all need a little reminder and positive affirmation to get us through the day. Here's just that! Given our current pandemic it can feel like we don't have anywhere that we belong, so if you're struggling take some time to read this affirmation. Maybe even print it out and hang it on your mirror so you see it each day because you belong, you are important, you are valued, and you are loved!

Perfection is a double-edged sword- the goal is to avoid feeling of failure, or short-comings. The reality is that to err is human, and being obsessed with perfection can be more problematic than taking on the challenging endeavor of accepting ones-self as they are, Strive to be your best you, not perfect!

The similarities between the human brain and the celestial universe are astonishing! There are patterns outside and inside of us that connects us all. Our existence is an interwoven set of systems that make up everything.

A new paper has investigated the similarities between two of the most challenging and complex systems in nature: the cosmic network of galaxies and the network of neuronal cells in the human brain.
