Every athlete should have clear goals they work towards to help them become a better player. Without goals, your training will be less effective. If you don't have goals, I challenge you to think about what you want to improve and how you are going to get there. Write it down, put it somewhere you'll see every day and focus on that goal until you've achieved it.

What do all people who are continuously lucky have in common? They are always looking for that next opportunity. They've trained themselves to look for any opening that will help them reach their goal and they take it. That's why training your mind to look for ways to win is just as important, if not more important than talent and skill.

Failure is not something to be feared, but something to learn from. When you summon the courage to face your failures, you'll unlock your true potential.
