Let’s normalize this: asking for help is one of the hardest - and bravest - things you can do.
It’s not admitting defeat. It’s not being “too much.” It’s recognizing that you deserve support and taking action to get it.
Mental health struggles are medical conditions. You wouldn’t be embarrassed to see a doctor for a physical illness. Your brain deserves the same care.
If you’ve been on the fence about reaching out, consider this your sign. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the first step.
