This mornings to-do was super quick and easy wax melt refills!
I use equal parts of my rendered & beeswax, then added essential oils!
I used lavender eucalyptus in the kids bathroom & patchouli orange in mine🤗

This is one of my favorite custom tea blends for anxiety. Perfect for an afternoon when the whole family is stuck in the house because the weather is awful!😅
Teas like this are how I was able to stop taking prescription drugs and I’m so thankful for it!
For this one I did a pinch of Celtic salt, ashwagandha, lemon balm & holy basil.
I also used agave as a sweetener. Let me know if you’d like to try some, I have plenty to share!🤗

My Husband said he was feeling under the weather this morning. My elderberry syrup and custom elderberry tea blend has been amazing so far, and now I finally get to experiment with my Purple Echinacea Tincture & the fermented Lemon Ginger Syrup!🤗
We have been sick significantly less this winter than the past years and I believe this stuff really makes a difference!💚🪴

Have you heard of or tried Golden Milk?🍯
It’s been one of my favorite night caps recently. It is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It also promotes joint health, boosts immunity, improves digestion, and potentially aids brain function. Drinking it before bed may improve sleep quality and reduce joint stiffness!
Warm up some milk and I add a dipper of my Manuka honey pre seasoned with all the spices. It’s so relaxing and is very similar to a chai tea latte☕️
