Shake off winter and build some heat in our new Power Yoga class — Wednesdays at 6 pm with Arianne.
Expect a faster pace, more continuous movement, a few strength-building calisthenics, and maybe even a dash of dance-inspired fun. This class is designed to build strength, raise the heart rate, and leave you feeling energized, empowered, and accomplished. Modifications will always be offered to go at your own pace, but this class is for those looking for a challenge and a sweat!
