Whether you've been shoveling... and shoveling ... and shoveling or you've been a bit more, ahem, sedentary, your body probably needs yoga right about now.
We will be open on Wednesday with a full slate of classes:
Rise & Shine Yoga at 8 a.m. with Deb.
Adaptive (Chair) Yoga at 10 a.m. with Ruth.
All Levels Flow at 6 p.m. with Arianne (or Laura, if Ari is stuck on her mountain).

As the cold, snow and ice linger, we are continuing to evaluate opening/closing decisions. We have many teachers and students who call our beautiful, treacherous mountains home.

Help us make decisions:
Sign up early for classes. It helps us to plan ahead.
Before heading out to class, check your email and our page to verify that nothing has changed. We never like to cancel, but we are rolling with the weather these days.
Reach out if you have questions. We're always available.
