The best teacher, the most wonderful stories and things I’ve learned have come from this guy right here. He is so awesome! I have a lot of teachers, he is just something special and I’m super lucky to know him! He is a huge part of why I am where I am today on my journey. Finally got to do a Soundbath for some Bedford County peeps this week! Thank you NailedxShelby for hosting! Life has been nothing short of crazy for me the last couple weeks and I’ve been getting extremely overwhelmed and definitely feeling it affect my body and emotional health. This was a great slowdown for me, holding space for others as well as tuning into my own body and accepting healing. I appreciate all of the support I’ve had from everyone and I look forward to continue doing this work. I have some really exciting things to post and show everyone, but for right now I need a little break. New things coming soon! 🥰
