We’re grateful for our friends at Wheels West Car Club who donated more than 100 stuffed animals to FHW Pediatric Therapy patients and bringing a classic car by for a special drop-off. These toys will be shared with patients across our hospital and provide comfort for anyone who needs something to hug during treatment.

April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month 💙 — and we’re also celebrating another year of Rock Steady Boxing at Family Health West! 🥊

What started as a program has grown into a powerful community—where strength is built, confidence is restored, and fighters show up every day ready to push back against Parkinson’s.

Rock Steady Boxing is more than exercise. It’s hope. It’s resilience. It’s proof that no one has to face Parkinson’s alone.

Here’s to our incredible fighters, coaches, and supporters who make this program so impactful. 💙

April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month 💙

This month, we stand with those living with Parkinson’s, celebrating strength, resilience, and the power of community. In FHW's Rock Steady Boxing program individuals fight back against Parkinson’s through non-contact boxing, improving balance, coordination, and confidence.

It’s more than just a workout, it’s a space of support, determination, and hope. Every jab, every step, every small victory matters.

Let’s keep raising awareness, supporting one another, and fighting back together. 🥊💙
