The half hour time is for site specific areas that need to be addressed. If you have local tension or pain that needs focus work, this is the treatment time for you. All other times can be used for a full body session. You can also choose to add aromatherapy and heat pack at no additional cost.

Tend to hold stress in your neck and shoulders? This massage is for the neck, shoulders and back using Arnica oil as that has been shown to aid in muscle relaxation.
