I heard the words, "I am good as gold" in a recent meditation time, spoken as a kind of affirmation from a loving, supportive group of beings. I then unexpectedly came across a very similar version in the following days while reading Dicken's A Christmas Carol! I so appreciated the synchronicity and have been pondering the words. In the spiritual tradition I grew up in, gold was a symbol of love; and I know it has been a challenging part of my own journey to realize my own value and worth. If these words feel like they could be a helpful affirmation for you too, I hope you will feel their support and the love that comes through them. You are so worthy and precious and loved.🪙💛💰💓

Ever since moving to the Northeast, I have noticed many of these chairlifts cleverly repurposed into regular seating. I began to wonder one day if they weren't a great metaphor for "being a spiritual being having a human experience." So often we can feel separated from Source and wonder at our purpose. "What am I doing here" and "Am I off track?" are questions I have asked more than once. But maybe these experiences are helping us build trust and self-belief? And maybe building a stronger trust is essential for navigating future experiences without losing our inner connection and awareness of support? 💞 Wishing for each of us a deep awareness of Source and a growing faith in ourselves, wherever we are.

Thought I would take a cue from "the girls" today and lay on the ground. Connecting with the Earth, (aka "grounding" or "earthing") connects your body to the natural electric charge of the earth. Research is showing that this can ease stress, improve sleep, and more. I am pretty sure Princess thought I was being weird😂. I hope you can practice some self care by "earthing" before the snow comes.🍂😌

Anyone else feeling between two worlds? Between what was and what will be? This card suggests remaining curious and open, whether we are feeling between worlds in regard to relationships, business goals, spiritual awakening....or life in general.😊 I like that the flamingo is wearing a crown and it feels like celebration on the other side!🦩👑🎉 We'll get there! 💗

Cards can be a fabulous way to connect with inner guidance that sometimes can't get through our mental chatter and/or layers of worry and fear. I have worked for years now with a "yes" feeling that I have been cultivating that helps me know just which card/s want to come forward.
