🚶♀️💥 Y’all, this hit me HARD! 💥🚶♀️
I haven’t been to the gym consistently in MONTHS. Before that, it was hit or miss—1-3 times a week at best. Thanks to my healthy supplementation, I’ve managed my health and weight, BUT… mentally, I can still get stuck. 🧠💭
When I saw this visual of a brain after sitting vs. walking (I’ll post it below), it really shook me. 🧠✨ Often, knowing the deeper WHY behind a healthy habit—not just the surface reason—is enough to get us moving. Dr. Hyman’s insight reminded me of that.
