Here is the framework we usually share:

Weeks 1 and 2: Start with 10 to 15 minute sessions at a comfortable temperature. Get your body used to the heat and learn your natural tolerance.

Weeks 3 and 4: Extend to 20 minutes. Try adjusting the temperature slightly. Notice how your recovery, sleep, and stress levels are changing.

Month 2 and beyond: Find your personal rhythm. Most committed users settle into 15 to 30 minute sessions, three to five times a week.
