We still have two spots available in the Kenpo Juniors class at 3:45 on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We are having a blast, and the kids are doing so well.

Each Junior Kenpo class follows a structured and supportive format designed to help students feel confident, focused, and successful.
Students can expect:
A positive, disciplined environment that emphasizes respect, effort, and self-control
A guided warm-up to build strength, coordination, and flexibility
Instruction in age-appropriate Kenpo techniques, including stances, blocks, strikes, and self-defense basics
Drills and partner work that improve focus, timing, and body awareness
Encouragement, clear expectations, and individual guidance
Classes are energetic yet structured, allowing students to move and learn while developing confidence, discipline, and perseverance. Progress is celebrated, and every student is supported at their own pace.
Parents are welcome to observe quietly from designated areas.
Please bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing (a uniform will be discussed after enrollment)
A water bottle clearly labeled with the student’s name
Bare feet (Kenpo is practiced without shoes unless otherwise instructed)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Optional but helpful:
Hair tied back and jewelry removed
Light snack for after class
No prior martial arts experience or special equipment is required.
