Bill Pederson from the Gahanna VFW led us in a solemn service to honor our Veterans living at StoryPoint Gahanna North, and our spouses of Veterans, living or deceased. We planted 60 flags in our Field of Flags to represent each one.
Al Belasco and Jill Roth stopped by later in the day to lead us in some patriotic music.

Our favorite performer, Johnny Steiner, entertained us today during Happy Hour. He had us tapping toes, and singing right along with him.

One of our most attended lunch outings today. 13 residents traveled the 2 blocks to the Olive Garden. We had the best time eating some delicious food, and swapping stories.

A walk down innovation lane! 💭🚀

Our residents spent an entire week reminiscing on inventions, breakthroughs, and “you had to be there” moments from their lifetime. From record players to AI, each era brought laughter, learning, and plenty of “I remember that!” moments. 🎙️❤️✨

🌸🌼 Every garden tells a story, and the Yew Dell Botanical Gardens offered chapters rich with color and life. StoryPoint Middletown residents spent the day discovering beauty rooted in every corner. 🪻✨

✨10 of our incredible Chefs represented StoryPoint Group at the inaugural American Culinary Federation (ACF) Senior Living Challenge, held in partnership with the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This first-of-its-kind, ACF-sanctioned event was created exclusively for senior living chefs — challenging them to prepare flavorful, health-focused dishes using only whole, fresh ingredients in just one hour.

Our team rose to the occasion, each earning a medal or diploma for their creativity, skill, and professionalism.

One of our residents, Al, is passionate about Amateur Radio, and has his radio set up in his room here at StoryPoint Gahanna North. On this day, he shared a presentation on Amateur Radio. We learned so much about it. Are there any other radio operators out there? Al would love to connect.

Our residents delved into the world of volcanoes this week, creating a homemade volcano as part of a engaging experiment, which culminated in an explosive experience!
