Every few weeks, we take our clients through a full Movement Health Testing session. This is a key part of how we track progress and ensure we’re moving each person in the right direction.

What is movement health? It’s exactly what it sounds like! It’s an assessment of how well your body moves. When you visit your doctor, they likely won’t ask you to perform a squat, a push-up, or hold a plank. But these movements tell us far more about your physical function and long-term health.

Our clients are the heart of this place—truly.
We like to think we have the best community around (okay, maybe we’re a little biased). So we asked a few of our long-time members to share how long they’ve been with us—and the results speak for themselves.

Tarji has been with us for over 3 years! She’s stronger than ever, said goodbye to knee pain, and dropped inches in the process.

Sheila has been with us just as long! She’s pushed past her limits, gained incredible strength, and even showed up to help when we moved locations. That’s dedication.

Jeanne is going on 4 years with us—and if one of us ever had to miss a session, we’d probably hand her the clipboard. She knows everyone by name, shows up with a smile, and leads by example every single time.

Kelly has been with us for 2 years and somehow fits running, cycling, swimming, yoga, and our program into her schedule. She’s unstoppable and always up for a challenge.
