New hours of operation 🪴 My hope is that everyone will be able to find a place within these new days/hours as September approaches 🫶🏼.

The last available times for session start times will be 4pm for 90mins on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays and 2:30pm for Wednesdays. For 60min sessions, it will be 30mins later.

I will be happy to accommodate anyone who needs a form of note for work/school if applicable.
