1 in 10 women live with endometriosis.

That number sounds small.
But look around a room of 10 women… one of us is silently fighting this disease.

I’m creating a collaborative reel where 10 women each say three simple words:

“I am 1 in 10.”

No filters.
No perfect lighting.
No long story required.

Just your face.
Your voice.
Your truth.

I originally asked for submissions — but we didn’t reach 10 yet. And that right there proves the point. We are still invisible.

So I’m reopening this.

If you live with endometriosis and you’re willing to stand up and be counted, send me a 5–10 second clip saying:

“I am 1 in 10.”

Hold a sign. Wear yellow. Stay in pajamas. Cry. Smile. Be however you feel.

I will feature you in a powerful reel and tag/credit you.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about visibility.
It’s about validation.
It’s about showing the world that we are not rare — we are many.

We are surviving things people can’t see — and still showing up. That’s strength. 💛 I am 1 in 10.
