We are growing! Stephanie joined GDN and is currently accepting clients. Stephanie is the heart behind Birth Mama Doula Services. Because of her background as a child development specialist she brings a depth of parenting and family growth knowledge and support to the clients she cares for. Along with birth support she also has newborn prep classes to check out. Stephanie is rooted in her community with her husband and three children. Her journey as a wife and mother deeply informs the steady presence she brings to yours.

We love celebrating our Gainesville doulas! Congratulations to and her family. Sweet Santi arrived on January 25th. Throughout labor Elizabeth was surrounded by loving friends, her mom, her three children and Noe her husband. She had an amazing midwife who watched over her and a team who made sure Santi arrived safely after a long birth. Santi was caught by his dad and welcomed by his big sister and brothers with very excited arms. Congratulations Elizabeth! is a Gainesville doula and placenta encapsulation specialist.

Childbirth education is a proactive way to prepare for labor, birth and postpartum healing. It helps expecting parents prepare for “what to expect” and be able to plan intentionally for the birth and postpartum experience together with your team. Childbirth education classes teach you how to communicate your needs and desires to your birth team your provider and yourself. Our doula network has several doulas who teach classes to help prepare you for birth and postpartum healing, breastfeeding, and newborn care. .space___ doulas all offer classes.
