🥱 Why Processed Foods Make You Tired

1. 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿
(especially sugary snacks, white bread, chips, etc.) spike your blood sugar fast.

Your body responds with a surge of insulin, then your blood sugar crashes.

Crash = fatigue, brain fog, irritability.

2. 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Heavily processed foods are often low in essential nutrients like B vitamins, magnesium, and iron that help your body produce energy.

You’re eating calories, but not getting the fuel your body truly needs.

3. 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Additives, preservatives, and excess sugar or unhealthy fats can trigger inflammation, which stresses the body and contributes to chronic fatigue.

Processed foods lack fiber and feed the wrong gut bacteria.
