Magnesium is having a major moment, and honestly, the hype isn't wrong. 🙌

Your body uses it for over 300 functions: sleep, mood, muscle recovery, heart rhythm, blood sugar...the list goes on.

The problem? Most of us aren't getting enough, especially with how processed our food supply has become.

And not all magnesium is the same:

Jaden just finished her nursing degree at UF 🐊 and is passionate about holistic health, loves connecting with patients, and somehow balances all of that with coffee shop adventures, outdoor time, and keeping up with friends and family.
