Aries moon blessings! Astarte's sacred dance will be in the workshop room again this Wednesday from 7 to 8 pm. This all levels class blends, intuitive movement, rhythmic expression, and mindfulness to create a safe space for self-discovery and inner healing.

In this workshop we will explore the healing arts of sacred music and movement. We will tap into the energy of the universe and channel this energy, using musical vibrations along with ancient dance techniques. We will begin with a grounding meditation and then move up through each of the seven chakras, awakening our Kundalini and feeling it rise in our bodies with movements and musical vibrations designed to activate each chakra. This transformational journey of sacred sound and dance will leave you feeling inspired, centered, energized and in touch with the divine spirit and passion within.

Astarte expresses her creativity through her unique approach to dance. Her multi-cultural studies of art and spirituality has shaped her view of dance as a spiritual practice. She enjoys offering classes and workshops in Sacred Dance as a way to explore and honor the divine

Nathan D**e is a multi instrumentalist and artist with a passion for sharing intentional music. He facilitates classes, workshops and concerts for the practice of Harmonic Healing.
