💙We are grateful to the Phoebe Louise Dooley Foundation, which helps ease the financial burden faced by families navigating pediatric cancer and advances research into childhood brain tumors. During the Foundation’s signature event, the Be Hope Gala, donations were raised to help expedite the delivery of medications from the Medical Plaza pharmacy to our hospital.

This generous gift will significantly reduce wait times for patients while also supporting the pharmacy staff who deliver medications daily. Thank you for helping to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families in need of care!✨

July is Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month — a time to support and raise awareness for individuals with cleft lip, cleft palate and craniosynostosis.

🧠 In craniosynostosis, one or more of the sutures in a baby’s skull close too early. As a result, the skull grows abnormally — parallel to the fused suture instead of perpendicular — leading to an irregular head shape.

Early diagnosis and treatment can make a significant difference. Learn more about craniosynostosis and how UF Health provides expert care: https://ufhealth.org/conditions-and-treatments/craniosynostosis 💙
