February is the month of love and well-being and our vegan menu at highlights that.

We have the Pink Pupusa a fresh beet infused masa w/ artisanal Cashew Quesillo made by our new partner vendors Salvadoran women w/ amazing talent in cheese making. We will also use their cheese in Avocado Tortilla topped w/ fried beans, Almond Milk Cuajada & smashed avocado, Almond Milk Horchata Russo and Número Uno a traditional Salvadoran breakfast w/ tofu crema and cuajada.
