🌞 Good morning, everyone!

How are you doing? No, really—how are you *really* doing today? Take a moment to pause and reflect on this question honestly.

If there's any part of your response that brings up negative feelings or emotions, I want to share something a good friend shared with me: Pause and categorize that feeling or emotion as belonging to the past, present, or future.

💫 If it’s something from the Past, remember—you can’t change it. It’s done. It's behind you. So why worry about it?

🌱 If it’s about the Future, remind yourself that tomorrow isn’t promised. Worrying about it won’t change a thing. Today has it's own anxieties so why add tomorrow's worries to it?

🌟 Now, focus on the Present. What can you do right now to change your circumstances? What steps can you take today to become a better version of yourself for tomorrow? Are your goals to improve your health and wellness, or something else? Whatever your goals are, remember that time is the most valuable element of your existence that can never be regained once it's gone! So use it wisely.

Living in the present can help reduce unwanted anxieties and set a positive tone for your day. Each day will have It's own challenges so just take it one day at a time.
