We have a few spots left in each of our summer camp programs.

We offer the unique opportunity for learners to attend a montessori-inspired environment that incorporates climbing, water play, art and more, all in an indoor climate controlled environment- no over heating on our watch!

Our vibe is a small, vibey school house that feels personal enough to be in-home childcare, while having a safe, comfortable learning environment, located right next door to Stomping Grounds in Gallatin.

Calling all vendors 📣

This event is a way to promote this gorgeous venue, right here in Gallatin & support + spread the word about Scout’s Haven and what we offer.

Vendor & ticket fees will cover luxe bathrooms (no porta potties here!), event staff, security and any extras.

Scout’s Haven was created to form community and offer a safe space for people to connect. This event aligns directly with our mission & we cannot wait to present this opportunity for local businesses to share their offerings, connect with others, enjoy live music, good food, shopping local, stellar views & even more amazing vibes.

✨We have currently registered one food truck, looking to find ONE more food truck for this fun day event!
We are also hoping to lock in a dessert truck, as well.✨

Vendor spots are filling up but, we still have space for more. We are only allowing 2 businesses per niche and it is on a first come first basis.

Meet Our Team! ✨

Sara- The owner, lead teacher, director, curriculum creator, marketing team.

Emily- Sara’s right hand. Co- teacher, helps with allllll of the things. Always smiling or making everyone laugh.

Alicia- Our preschool assistant for Spring Session. The kindest soul. We are going to miss her so much!

Though our program operates on extremely low ratios, we hope to bring a third educator into our team of rockstar educators, to offer an extra hand. We love the idea of a supportive community with ‘regulars’ instead of a roster for substitute teachers.

If you’re looking to join a team of individuals who truly have a heart for children and would like to offer a unique approach to education- This may be the right position for you.

We will be set up by stage in the City Hall parking lot.

(Unless there’s a crazy storm) we will be there from 11 am - 3 pm. Grab a sensory toy for your little and play with some magnatiles, while enjoying some live music and food! ✨
